WILL THE COLOR OF PRODUCTS I SEE SHOPPING ONLINE BE TRUE?

Due to differences in monitor settings, we can't guarantee the colors you see will be exact in person-but we do try our best! In addition, all of our adapters vary in color randomly unless noted specifically in the listing.

ARE YOUR ITEMS READY-TO-SHIP SAME DAY?

We have a 3-5 business day (M-F) processing period before shipping orders out. Federal holidays do not count as business days.

Can i add to my order, or combine orders?

No. To streamline and simplify our order fulfillment process,  please make sure your order is complete before payment.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE or style of ADAPTER. WHAT DO I DO?

We urge all customers to triple-check their order before payment to help avoid confusion; but since we know how frustrating that can be when it happens, we are here to help! Shoot us an email via our contact form and we'll see what we can do.
